Delivery to Helsinki, Vantaa and Espoo
We serve Helsinki, Espoo, and Vantaa 🚚📍. Shipments are processed and delivered on a weekly schedule 📆, with convenient delivery straight to your door for affordable rate (6.90€)🚪.
Please see below the key details regarding the delivery process:
- Orders are processed every Saturday at 13:00 (Finland time) ⏰.
- Deliveries take place every Sunday between 12:00-18:00 🕒.
When placing your order, please provide all important information for the delivery (e.g., phone number, door code, apartment number, etc.) 📱🏢. The courier will call the provided phone number and deliver the order to the person receiving 📞🤝.
In case the courier calls and no one answers, the delivery will be left outside your door 🚪. Please remember that Pet Patch is a fresh, perishable product 🌿, and to ensure the quality of the grass, it is essential to open the package immediately upon receiving it 📦🌱.
For this reason, do not leave Pet Patch in front of your door for too long ⏳❗.
Please note:
If there is an issue with delivery due to incorrect phone numbers or missing address details provided, and the courier is unable to deliver the order, a refund will NOT be issued ⚠️.
Delivery outside capital area
We serve all Finland through Posti🚚📍. Shipments are processed and delivered on a weekly schedule 📆, with convenient delivery straight to your door for affordable rate (6.90€)🚪.
Please see below the key details regarding the delivery process:
- Orders are processed every Saturday at 13:00 (Finland time) ⏰.
- Patches are shipped on Sunday
- Orders arrive within 1–2 business days, usually on Monday or Tuesday between 09:00 and 16:00
When placing your order, please provide all important information for the delivery.

In case the courier couldn't reach the door then the patch will be delivered to nearest pick up point 🚪. Please remember that Pet Patch is a fresh, perishable product 🌿, and to ensure the quality of the grass, it is essential to open the package immediately upon receiving it 📦🌱.
For this reason, do not leave Pet Patch in front of your door for too long ⏳❗.
Returns & Refunds
For Issues with Your Order
If you experience any problems with your order, such as damage during delivery or issues with your Pet Patch grass, please follow these steps:
- Contact us promptly after receiving your package.
- Provide the following details in your email:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs clearly showing the problem.
Important:
- Photos are required to investigate and resolve your issue.
- Complaints without photographic evidence cannot be processed for refunds or compensation.
Send the above information to info@petpatch.fi.
- You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of delivery if it is proven that the Pet Patch was damaged during shipping or arrived damaged .
Cancelling a Pet Patch Grass Delivery
You can cancel your order before the order deadline to receive a full refund.
- Cancel by logging into your account or emailing us at info@petpatch.fi.
Order Cut-Off Time:
- Saturday at 13:00 for Sunday dispatch.
Key Notes:
- After the deadline, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund as the product will have been harvested and prepared for shipment.
- Check your order confirmation to verify the scheduled shipping date.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of the product.
If Your Product is Damaged During Shipping
In case of transit damage:
- Accept the delivery.
- Email us immediately at info@petpatch.fi or on 📱:Whatsapp, within 7 days of receiving the shipment with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs clearly showing the problem
Important:
- Do not refuse the delivery or attempt to send it back. This prevents us from investigating and providing compensation.
- Photographic evidence is required for us to resolve transit-related issues.
- You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of delivery if it is proven that the Pet Patch was damaged during shipping or arrived damaged .
